Ingredients:
Chobani Greek yogurt (1 small tub)
Blueberries (handful)
Handful of omega-3 trail mix (mixed dried nuts and fruits)
Tablespoon peanut butter
3 rice crackers
you can blend together the yogurt or you can put it on top of the rice crackers for a to to-go option!
